Thread: my first routine, questions

Im going to start of by doing the beginner routine
10 minute warm up (shower)
6 minutes of basic stretching
10 minutes of jelqing
Kegel 3 - 4 times a week
Every 2 workouts Im going to increase my streching by 5 more seconds to every side. Every time, im going to increase my jelqing by 1 minute, so when i finish the 5 weeks i should have reached 10 minutes of stretching or more and 25 minutes of jelqing. Also Kegel for 50 reps. Im going to do 1 day on 2 days off, to reach a total of 15 workouts in the 5 week period.
some questons i have
- Is this routine good, the way i have it setup?
- Is 1 day on 2 days off good or should i do 1 day on 1 day off?
- Is increasing jelqing by 1 minute every time to much?

I would start at five minutes of stretching instead of six
That works out to two sets of thirty seconds each stretch in each position(stretching straight out,up,down,and to both sides)
I would not add time to stretches or jelqs,I would wait until my penis was more conditioned.
In doing stretches I would slowly work on adding intensity to the stretches before I considered adding more time
In doing jelqing,More time does not equate to greater results(It just means your doing more)
If each rep is three seconds,try to adding a second on each time.
have the lightest grip possible while jelqing
I would do 2 on 1 off,but find out what works best for YOU
A warm down is just as important as a warm up
Have patience don't rush ,thinking your going to have better results

Preserverance

I agree with Rasp,
Especially doing 2 on and 1 off, you might could even do 3 on and 1 off but you can always slow it down if that's too much.
I'm a big proponent of https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html since it afforded me massive gains in 3 months but if you're skeptical, the routine you outlined is at the very least productive and well rounded. PH since you changed your signature I have been unsure of your gains. What are your stats at the moment? If you have a log can you post me the link to it?

do warm-up, 5 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes of jelqing, warm-down. 2 on 1 day off.
sorry for asking so many questions but i want to do it right. Should i take a 5 minute break between the stretching and jelqing?

You can take a small break between stretching and jelqing but you don't have to.
