i searched most of the forums and didnt find any questions about this. i had both lengthening& widening(Free Fat Transfer) surgery about 5 months ago. Does anyone here experince gains after that kind of surgery?? i just started newbie routine 3 weeks ago but didnt notice any measurable gains, i started to think that it is maybe because of these stupid surgery??
What kind of exercises should i do to gain some inches?? Do ligament stretches will still work for me??
waiting for your help

What specific lengthening surgery did you have? Most require stretching post surgery to prevent the suspensory ligament from reattaching. Didn't your surgeon give you specific exersizing instructions for post surgery recovery? I suggest you contact your surgeon if you aren't sure what exersizes you should be doing and avoid any freestyle exersizes. Even doing the newbie routine you could seriously damage your unit if you haven't fully recovered from that surgery.

thanks phibbyshammer for the reply,
i am not asking for the specific exercises that should be done after surgery, i am asking for if is there anyone similar to me who failed/didnt gain so much surgery and PE exercises are the last chance?
They cut suspenssory ligaments to get bigger flacid lenght i suppose, i already talked to my surgeon about post surgery and everything seems fine about my health.
I am looking for members who had lengthening and/or widening surgery, and started this PE exercises and gain something?
My question is i still get a chancce of enlarging my unit or PE exercises are useless for me?
Thanks for ur help...

For maximum caution talk to your sugeon to be sure that you are recovered before starting a PE routine.
I encourage you to be recovered because there is not much/any information with surgery penis and PE exercises.
Yes I know about the hanging after surgery, but go on the safe road.
And I say safe because of this take a look at the second link..VRSelector is a directory with adult vr videos. You get to test videos from multiple places before you decide to pay for a subscription.

I agree with the above, definitely speak with your surgeon before you undertake any form of manual PE. The last thing you want to do is injury yourself, especially after surgery!
Regarding other users feedback with surgery success gains, I think that the majority of the people on this forum have not had surgery (I might be wrong).
Perhaps someone like Big Al (with his doctor contacts) can give you more of an insight.
I wish you all the best thoughDon't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!

Over the years on different PE forums, I have seen a few guys talk about wanting to get the surgery done. They are usually convinced to NOT do this and instead, try manual penis enlargement.
I have never had anyone come back to the forum and say that they had the surgery, so there has not been a lot of discussion on post surgery that I am aware of.
As far as doing PE, I'm with everyone else on this. Talk to the Dr. that did your surgery.

i heard of manual exercises about a month ago[ thats why i used to think i have no option except surgery
] and i decided to give it a try. My surgeon advised me to do a kind of stretch, which i do OK grip with my one hand and stretch my unit while pressing the base with the other hand. The only exercise he gave me is this and he recommend me to do at least 3 months.
As u all warn me against the risks, i called the doc yesterday again and tell him about the exercises, he said that i can do any exercises without any worries. I know i am fully recovered because i feel healthy and eveything is normal. By the way doc also told me that i can do better stretches by the result of surgery and i feel a bit relaxed. But he didnt say anything about if i will gain or not(maybe he is planning to do another surgery and gain money
Now i need ur advice about the routines which i already read most of them in the forum. I am not a usual beginner because of these surgeries and i need help from professionals about if i still get the chance of gaining.
When i think and read all about this, i think i can gain some length but very suspicious about girth( as i had a FFT surgery). By the result of FFT surgery i didnt get any gains permenant( everything is just as the same as before surgery after 2 months).
i did newbie routine for 2 weeks, and later i decided to mix newbie with JP's routine, here is what i am doing:
20 JAI stretches
basic stretches( SD,SL,SR,SU,SO+rotary stretch) 2 times 30 sec 6 min total
wet jelq 100 times
V jelq 60 times
2 on 1 off
i read about the LOT theory and i think i have a low lot about 6.00
any advices about routine?? i need to some see some gains to motivate more so waiting for ur help for better exercises and routines?
