    How many of you are able to do this?

    I'm still working on it. I've stopped porn, or at least cut down a huge amount.

    I'm working on fantasizing less. For you guys who PE without fantasy and without ejaculating, how do you approach it?

    I dont really know how to explain my approach.

    It's a task that needs to be done so I do it. I'm told jelqing between 30-50% is good for length so when i'm focusing on length I try not to go beyond that in with my erection. If I do so happen to go above 50% before I finish a set for length, I just move into some V jelqs to complete the set, then some helicopter shakes, some kegels and i'm back down to 30-50% erection so back to length work. rinse and repeat. when I complete the sets for length, if I feel I need another to make up for the early V jelqs, I just do some stretches before my warm down/edging.

    I guess I approach it in a mechanical way. No fantasy, no porn, no real pleasure, but it feels good. I listen to my dick. If its high EQ, girth work, lower EQ then length work. Whatever it's in the mood for. Also I do not ejaculate after a session, not even with edging anymore, edged to ejaculation my first 2 weeks or so then stopped. All about that control.

      Nice, Abe. Sounds healthy to me!

      I think I spent too many years using porn, and being a little too rough with myself. Hopefully as my sensitivity increases, I will quit fantasizing or reaching ejaculation.

        What works for one, does not necessarily mean's will work for others. Try it, see if it feels right to you, if not then try something else. Some need fantasy, I would recommend fantasy over porn until you can get to that nothing box, and still have productive workouts.

          If you are sexually active then this can be done very easily- as that activity can count towards any normally scheduled "stamina work".

          If you're not sexually active, then the issue you'll have will be how to train for stamina if you don't wish to use any edging-type movements.

          There are many reasons why some decide not to ejaculate at all and they should be respected; but just like any of the other organs of the body, the organs and muscles associated with ejaculation do require some type of activity on occasion in order for "fitness" and mastery to be developed. That's something that you should be prepared to deal with if you decide to stay completely celibate (no ejaculations) until you meet the right person to have a sexual relationship with.

            I cutted on porn since I just jerk of after my workout and pre.

            I just look at as overtraining.

            I installed porn blocker and made a long password so even when I want to watch porn it becomes a hassle since the password is really long to unlock the website.

            I also noticed that porn takes away from things that really intress me like researching on training and nutrition and ofc PE.

                    I find for me, just watching TV or Netflix helps. Oddly enough, I watched MST3K while PE'ing tonight, and was able to maintain a decent erection while chuckling and laughing along to the show. Go fig. I normally watch Voyager, because Jeri Ryan is on there… mmmm… yup!!

                    But all that to say, yes, it's possible to maintain an erection without the porns… though it's not easy. A decent detox may be necessary, including a time of hands off the bathing suit zone.

                          I've actually started reading as I PE, extending mind and cock simultaneously! Well I would be if my reading tastes weren't so horrendously unintellectual.

                          Have you tried PE without fantasy and the like? Are you having trouble with the EQ necessary for your exercises?

                            I'm doing the same thing you're doing right now. I'm aiming for 12 weeks porn and masturbation-free (sex allowed though).

                            The way I approach it is not thinking about it. It's 100% about self-control. Find something to take place of the time you would use to masturbate or watch porn. Pursue something with purpose. Something to get you benefits in life. Whoever your motivation may be (family, money, etc.), find refuge in it and go at it 110%. It's more than just stopping porn, its changing a lifestyle. And to do that, you have to find a new way to live. Make sure everything you do is strictly for improving yourself. Don't let PE make you want to masturbate or watch porn. Think of it as something you have to do to become a better person, and nothing more. Best of luck bro
