I started PEing 1/5-09, five months ago.
My routine back then consisted of ten min jelqing directly when my I got up from bed, 3 on 4 off. One month later: No gains.
The next month i tried the same routine with five minutes added stretching - at the end of the month: No gains.
Next month, 5 on 2 off with two minutes added ulis at the end of the workout - at the end of the month: No gains.
Had one month off in frustration, and measured at the end of the month: Still no gains.
The last three weeks I started a new routine; 5 on 2 off, ten minutes heatup with a ricesock, so the penis is REALLY warm (which it never was the earlier months of PE), 10 mins stretching all directions and 10 min jelq. I measured today after three weeks of PE and the last four days off: Gained 0,5 cm/0,2 inch in barely three weeks with a proper warm up!!
So what I've learned through all this is: Do things correctly and don't be sloppy, and as mentioned a lot of times earlier: WARM UP!!
