    Hi bros,
    In these months I have learned a lot of things and step by step I'm improving my pe technique more.

    Now I have this question:

    when you grasp your penis at the glans to do the stretch what do you do with the shaft skin?

    1- you don't care about it and if you look better you will notice a lot of skin at the glans
    2- you grasp gently than pull back the shaft skin and than you grasp firmly again ready for the stretch.

    Until now I have always done the 1 method because is natural for me and I have a very better grip than with the method 2.

    I hope I have explained sufficently well the issue with my not perfect english.

    Either way, whatever is comfortable for you. I prefer stretching the skin as well.

    I pull back the foreskin and grip just below the glans

    I pull back the foreskin for the majority of my stretching. But I do randomly stretch with the skin to. I think you get a better internal stretch with the skin pulled back . And likewise you get a better outer stretch when you dont pull it back.So both methods should be used during your stretching routine. Do 25 big rotating stretches with each style and you will see what I mean.

    I pull back the foreskin as well because I have "extra" skin behind the glans (I got infected as a kid, with skin attached to the glans, thus results extra skins after getting hard on and tear back the skin off the glans). Plus, I want to focus on stretching and jelqing the top two chambers. However, since we are breaking the collagen with heat, couldn't this apply to our skin as well? Collagen is what holds our body together?

    Yes it applies to the skin also.

    I do both. When I grip with the skin, I pull from the base to try to get the stretch to affect the "inner penis"; I'm not sure this is an effective technique however. After a few of these, it looks like I'm uncut since there is so much skin moving over the glans. I few heli shakes brings it back to the normal cut look.

    tryed today method 2 ( pulling back the excessive skin at glans) and resulted in red areas on the top of the foreskin.. I think due to the hard grip that I have to do to grasp firmly the penis..
    Using this metohd the whole stretching session is a lot more difficult and less natural for me..

    I have to try with the foreskin all back and after grip the penis below glans...
