Thread: Manual Vs Weights

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering what type of training will give faster results. Doing PE with weights (when people hang weights off their penis) or the manual way (jelqing, holds, vjelqs etc - eg-jp's routine)

In my opinion there has been no real study to compare, but I can tell you ten years ago when I started all I did essentially was hang weights (about 4 pounds) and in a few months got close to .5 inches. I have been doing a lot of manual stretching and jelq the past two months and though I am getting a little thicker and my flaccid stretch has goine up .25, my BPEL has not seemed to change.
I am now adding weights (using the pipe repair clamp and ankle weight device) in conjunction with my current routine to see if I can get the changes going.8/10/97
