    okay so im new here..

    i figured i would some jelqing and stretching...do i do this everyday? and for how long?

    bigmatt, im new myself, but i gotta reccomend JP's 90 day beginner program, its been workin wonders for me! from what ive read you definitely gotta make sure you get rest days so that your dick can heal, so definitely dont do it every day! good luck to ya!

    You gotta try different things. You gotta do your research. Read up on stuff.

    Make sure you stretch LIGHTLY and jelq slowly. Keep your penis warm throughout the session.

    There is also a school of thought that I am giving more focus on which is almost every day but longer and less intense sessions. But even then I would say 5 days a week would be max. I am doing about 4 days a week now. Take it slow and steady!

    Honestly Radio, this stretch lightly thing your pushing . How many days have you been doing it ? Long enough that its yielded results ? Or is it just an idea you have ?

    It pretty much goes against everything else in the PE world regarding stretches . You think a guy hanging a 25 pound weight for 20 minutes is adhering to the light theory?

    Is a stretching device prescribed and recommended by a physician stretching lightly?
