    seen as there just a simple exercise.

    i mean if all you did was wet jelqs, some erect jelqs and v jelqs, about 150 wet, 100erect, and 150v jelqs during your on days including warm up and warm down and nothing else would you say you will still gain?

    Especially at this stage, don't do erect jelqs. 70% is as high as you should go, again check your inbox.

    If you don't have the time to do anything else, you can do a just-jelq routine, but I would advise incuding other things.

      A modified low intensity Jelq can be used if thats all you want to do. These are great for improving EQ. It would be better to start off with a short routine so you can take advantage of stretches, edging and kegels if any way possible. This can be done a few times a week and only takes about 30 minutes or so. Let us know what you decide to do.
