A few hours ago, I was edging and I got an extremely hard erection. So, I decided to measure it and I couldn't believe that it was 7.5 inches. Thats an entire inch from what I usually am and I just started PE today. I need to be able to calculate my REAL gains and not just my improved erection quality. So, is there anything that I can take (herbs, vitamins etc) or do for a 100% erection, to measure my real size? For all I know, I could be even bigger than that because I probably lost like 1/4 of an inch when I got up to get my ruler.

Hey man, welcome to PEgym. The only things you can take are the recommended supplements in the newbie routine. Diet plays a huge part as does regular exercise and rest. The recommended ingredients for a high potentcy erection are really quite simple. It's a tough job being good looking and hung :-)
