I have heard many different things. Some say you can quit PE cold turkey and still keep your gains. Some say no matter what you do, if you stop, your gains are lost. Some say you have to do some kind of "cementing" routine, to make the gains permanent. Others say you have to do your routine atleast once every month so no gains will be lost. So, which is true? Once I reach my goal can I just quit my routine just like that? Or is it more complex?
