    Guys,

    I know it's been posted here a lot of times before, but please ensure you take sufficient rest days each week to let yourself recover from your PE!

    Whilst getting a little over zealous with my new routine, I reckon I hit the PE workout one day too many last week. As a result, I had a bit of turtling, slightly sore ligs and not a great flaccid hang.

    I forced myself to take an extra day off and WOW! What a difference. Morning wood this morning was excellent, no sore ligs and one of the best flaccid hangs I've had in months.

    So guys, just make sure you have proper rest otherwise all of that work you're doing will not be as effective!

    I believe rest days are very crucial to the growth of my penis so i take a day off every two days of Pe!!!!

    This is a tough one.....

    There are some on here that swear more days a week resting than PE is best while others make terrific gains on five days a week. I think it is best to see what works for your body. I have been doing 1 on/1 off for a couple months. I made .25 in my flaccid stretch but 0 in the erect length.

    I am now attempting a more frequent program of about 4 to 5 days a week with longer work outs and sdlightly less intensity. Hanging is something I have added and feel a "good sore" from the work outs. So, I don't know if we have an exact science, but good to pay attention to your body!

    I went back to exercising until my dick doesn't want to for that day. Then I'll take the day off, maybe two. Listen to your body.

    Ive only been going for about a month now, but I took 3 days off accidentally and my penis looked bigger than it ever has in my entire life. Flacid hang was great, and erection even looked bigger. I suggest taking a 3 day hiatus once every month along with 2 days on 1 day off routine

    It looks like ti worked for me.

    Typically i only do PE 3 days per weeks. This seem to work for me and i would sandwhich a rest day betweem
