Hi all great site very interesting,
thought I'd have ago, think I broke it though.... my fault i think i didnt read enough about warming up and that.
I have been Kegeling but not that much TBH it says in the guide beginers will prolly only be able to hold it for 1 second I seem to be able to hold it pretty much as long as i like, no back pressure if you no what i mean when weeing i dunno how long I can hold it for. Anyway I have'nt gone mad only been doing like 2-3 mins of kegels a day or every other day for about a week. I can feel like a strain near where the muscle is, do I stop until its totally gone away or just rest a day and get back on it? At present it seems to get hard for a few seconds and thats it game over, oh I didnt have any problems before trying the exercises.

You should only kegel every other day. Take a couple of days off then start up. The soreness should go away.
