What's up everybody I have made a quite interesting personal discovery. I have been using the bath mate for the last month with impress results when in the pump (obviously), however have found that using warm water for an initial 10 minuite pump, followed by COLD water has pretty amazing results. Has anyone any knowledge why this is, or is it just a fluke? and if cold water does have a relation to a more impressive gain, I wonder if it can be applied to recovery for the JP routine.
