My wet jelqs feel good, but I'm afraid to be squeezing too hard, in case that's harmful. On a proper Jelq, if it was a chicken's neck, would the chicken like it, or would the chicken die?

Haha the chicken would love it - use a light grip, just enough to manipulate the blood and tissue. All a harder grip is gonna do is cause damage and will probably make gains harder to get.
Also, don't jelq the head, although I'm sure you know that.
