Routine critique

  • Routine critique

    So I posted something like this yesterday but I never got a response. Perhaps because it was long winded. Does this routine seem like it will be good? I've had slightly over 3 months of PE experience. If it is too much I'm just going to do day 1 as both days. Here it is:

    Day 1:
    Warm up 40 minutes
    4x1 minute tunica tugs
    Full set o-bends
    30 jelqs (8 second strokes)
    30 v-jelqs (8 second strokes)
    6x30 second double ulis
    3-4 cool down
    4x1 minute tunica tugs
    30-60 minutes edging

    (No ejaculation)

    Day 2:

    Warm up 40 minutes
    4x1 minute tunica tugs

    5 sets of:
    10x SG High Erection Level Jelq
    Helicopter shakes
    1x 30 second Uli

    3-4 minute cool down
    4x1 minute tunica tugs
    30-60 minutes edging

    (No ejaculation)

    Day 3:

    Rest

    (Short masturbation to ejaculation)

    have you read the TGC theory thread yet..? and i wouldnt start right off on bends yet i mean cmon you've been on PE for 3 months as you say.
    id stick to jelqs, v-jelqs ,u-jelqs and stretches
    oh another thing have you taken a deconditioning break yet?

      It's been 3-4 months that's definitely enough for at least the day 1 routine which is taken almost exactly from the "trouble getting girth" thread. I only changed the last exercise to double uli's cause they are a personal favorite. Also, I added the tunica tugs after the cool down because of the research on rats saying the best way to stretch ligaments is to stretch them out while warm and then to continue stretching while cold.
