Thread: EQ Decreasing
- 02-15-2014 #1
I was wondering does anyone experience a decrease in EQ after doing JP90?
I started off with kegels and dry jelqing almost fully erect (I struggle to stay soft, but no negative PI) and I was getting even better than normal EQ and some extra veins I never noticed before! But I found people on here saying that jelqing is for girth and I'm happy with mine, I'm after a bit more length!
So I start with JP90 and started finding it a little intense(EQ was decreased) so backed off to 2 days on 1 day off.
Is EQ decrease to be expected with stretching until the body adapts/repairs? or should i take this as a negative PI and back off a little more? Its only been just over a week since i started any advice would be much appreciated.

Personally the jp90 was to much for me to start. Its a great routine but its an advanced beginner routine. I would cut it in half and work your way up or try switching to one on one off.
She came, I saw, my penis conquered!

I have somewhat experienced that. It usually goes back to normal in a few days. I believe it's something your entire body needs to collectively work together to repair. Maybe drink LOTS of water and other fluids, eat some fruit, and do some light tugging here and there. For example, when you go to the gym and workout real hard. The next day your muscles are sore and you flex (lets just call that FQ for "Flex Quality" for a second), but don't get the same ripped and shredded look as when you finished workout. A day or two later, the veins really start showing and you can look in the mirror to tense up and see a better quality flex. I hope this makes sense man. Point is, I know what you mean and if you can understand how I am relating to it, it may help.

EQ is back to being something like after easing back on JP90, EQ did seem better before jp90, just doing dry jelqs and a little stretching (EQ had improved after taking up PE). But this is trial and error (trial with the utmost care/caution - smaller/average dick is better than no dick). Happy medium is what we are after

Yep JPs is too much for most beginners IMO, definitely work up to it. Stretching is especially easy to overdo and a decrease in EQ usualy means you just overworked a tad.

Consider doing your jelqs at 60-70% erection level so you are increasing bloodflow, cos maybe stretching and jelqing at low erection level was causing poor EQ. Also, make sure you do your reverse kegels too.
