Just curious if it would be okay to alternate girth exercises with the v jelqs at the end of JP's routine. Uli's, O bends, squeezes, horses, any suggestions? Please help, did a beginner routine for 3 months went away for a month now back but want to get back in it but want to include girth exercises, want a fat one!!!!

Probably want to consider re-conditioning a bit before jumping right back in with advanced exercises, just for safety. Maybe not a full 90 days again, but definitely ease back in.
You could either up the regular jelqs as you progress, or carefully and slowly add in some squeeze type exercises. Monitor PI's closely.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
