i felt some pain when dry jelqing with vaseline does that mean i was squezzing to hard when i jelq my head get swell up and full of blood because im pushing all the blood into it and it stays trap in their going from the bottom to the top \ because i seen something that said your pushing the blood into the shaft but the jelq motion pushes blood up not down arent you suppose to squeeze and push the blood out the penis?

Possibly, or you may have had a slight injury ore sore spot from earlier activity. Check your hands and make sure you don't have any calouses or rough spots and inspect your unit closely for signs of bruising, tears, cuts or any discoloration. It only takes a few minutes and might help you stay better on top of things.
