    I know in any other forum, I would get laughed at for this question and nobody would take me seriously, but I hope you guys can help me out. I was masturbating a few days ago and I blew my load.... then about 15-20 minutes later, my penis head was rubbing against my boxers and I felt a weird sensation like sombody is pinched my penis head. I have no idea how this happened and I am pretty sure it isn't casued by PE because I haven't dont any PE in 3 days. ANybody have a similiar siuation or know what happened? Thank you all in advance.

    Of course we take this very seriously.

    The pinched feeling, is it deep within the glans (penis head) or is it external?

    Is there any redness or pain when you touch your glans?

    Is the pain still there? You said it was a few days ago...I would suggest taking a very warm bath (dont touch your penis). Dont masturbate or PE for a few days.

    If the pinching pain gets worst, you may wanna see a doctor. But honestly, I dont think this is a serious issue. You'll be fine

    thanks for the quick reply radiohead.

    I don't think it is serious either but feels very irratable. It only hurts when rubbed or touched against anything. It feels as if it is on the outside of the head on a portion close to the hole and it covers only about....20% of the circumference of penis... it's hard to explain. There is no color difference, just pain. And it started Oct 19 and yes the pain is still there and has not gotten any better or worse.

    I think I have the same thing. Was doing normal routine stretches and threw in a "mandingo" stretch which is common for me. Felt this sharp pain on the top left side of the glans. Stopped immediately of course and checked for bruising, marks etc. but there were none. It only really hurts when I rub it on something, boxers, jeans, mattress, and when I pull back the foreskin. It's a sharp pain, like being pricked by a pin or something. It's not excruciating, can be uncomfortable to walk and doesn't feel too serious but I'm still a little worried. Don't want to slow down but will have to see how this goes. Is there anyone else who has had this experience and if so, what was the down time and did it heal completely or is this pain something that has stuck around.

    The pain has eased up slightly since yesterday. I'm still going to give it at least a few days before starting back up. Hopefully it keeps improving and doesn't return, but it was a valuable lesson. I'd been increasing intensity consistently for the last few months and this was a wake up call.

    Just an update here in case anyone else has this problem and is doing a search. It's been a week since this injury and I'm working back into my routine. The pain still exists but it's very dull. Definitely getting better. A couple mornings I woke up and it had returned which had me concerned but after a short while eased up. Probably just positioning while sleeping.
    Anyway, I was completely hands off for 3 days and on the 4th day took an erection out for a test drive. I was worried but it actually felt not bad at all. I didn't do any measurements, I'm guessing no change in erect length but my flaccid was pathetic. I was getting really concerned, looked like if it kept shrinking it would dissappear. Started doing piss pulls very lightly on the 4th day and light routine on the 5th day. Last night (7th day since injury) I was able to stretch really hard and do a usual routine, minus any bundled type stretches. Have been doing some edging and manual clamping to thicken it up and my flaccid is just about back to normal.
    Lesson learned. Don't get too over confident. I'm very careful with my grip now, not to squeeze, pinch or pull on the glans when stretching. I started PE that way but over time have gotten careless. I'm also paying more attention to every sensation in each stretch again. Sometimes things become so routine that we only go through the motions and don't stop to really feel whats going on.
