Hey Guys
I have a question about BPFL mean. If my BPFL is 5.5 and my BPEL is 6" Its that mean that I need to Focus more on Tunica exercise for the lenght ? and do less smooth muscle exercise like jelq ?? Thank you for fast replyStart : 1 / 03 / 09

Warm up longer. sometimes this happens to me, usuall i can expect a stoppage in growth for awhile. Longer warm up may encourage the BPFL to go longer than the BPEL.

Yeah but If my BPFL is shorter than my BPEL so I need to do more Lenght exercise than Girth work ? It is that ?

That means you are limited by ligament elasticity! You are lucky you may gain length quickly - Work low stretch angles. You would also benefit from working your tunica however (higher stretch angles)
I should know my FL length is longer than NBPEL
