Thread: Will my penis grow?

So I've never tried any exercises before, and I wanna get into it. My penis is for the moment 8.6 inches long and it has 6 inches of girth in the middle while erect. Flaccid it is ca 5.5 inches long. I'd like to reach 9 inches and maybe beyond. Is it able to grow longer? Should i be happy with what I've got? If I start exercising, which exercises will increase both girth and length without the use of equipment? Happy for answers!

You should be satisfied with your penis regardless of size, you matter not your size, don't derive your confidence form your penis size, besides, your current stats are really huge already, and with PE you will make it healthier, harder and bigger, yes, PE works and the benefits are more than mere size gains!

PE works for most guys; however, patience and consistency is the main ingredient to success. Many guys fall by the wayside because they can not keep focused on proper technique. And, alas, a very small minority have no success no matter how dedicated they become.

Welcome to the gym, I gotta ask what is "ca 10 minutes" mean?
I would ease into the exercises until you are comfortable with them, check out the JP90 day routine. It is well rounded and will work your entire dong-O-saurus.

Hi and welcome!
Your already at the size that is many guys goal here. If you do not feel satisfied with your current size yes you can make it bigger.
Not sure if it is needed in your situation since most women are fully satsfied with your size unless she is certain size queen.
I think you know already the answer but you seem to need some type of validation about your size.
A good beginner program to start with is JP90 it will condition you for more advanced exercises and will overall condition your penis really well.

Before posting try to do some research yourself it begins to bother me a bit how many guys post these simple questions which have been answered for milliont time.
Read all the beginner stickies and keep educating yourself on the subject of PE it is really important to know what your doing since your at the end of the day dealing with your own penis.
Stay consistent with your routine while following your Physiological indicators so you will not be overtraining.

If I start exercising, which exercises will increase both girth and length without the use of equipment? As you are new start with light stretches and jelqs. Do light stretches to all sides and jelq for 10 minutes. (don't use too hard grip) and try to do 4-6 seconds strokes.
