    I been doing great with the program for the last 7 weeks. However other the last week I started to add V-Jelqs. Since then, anytime I stretch any, I start getting to erect to stretch safely. Any advice or tips on how to prevent this.

    Littleman, your message is a little unclear but if you are saying now during stretching you are getting erections, if you can't control them, best thing would be to just masturbate so the erection is not an issue. I assume you are not doing the jelqs during stretching.

    I do my stretches and weight hanging generally first, then finish off with jelqs, etc.

    I read this an had the same problem as squid, it was awfully unclear what you're trying to say.

    Over time the act of penile exercise should stop feeling like masturbation or anything pleasure related (besides the pleasure of gaining!) and start to feel more like exercise, this should help you control your erections.

    I have the same problem as Squid and Look on this one!Are you doing V jelq"s with stretches,or before stretches?

    Sorry for writing this so poorly. I was in a little bit of a rush. This week I have added V-Jelqs to my routine. I start with stretches then normal jelqs and now finish with the added V-Jelqs. Since I have added the V-Jelqs, when I start with stretches each evening I start getting too much of an erection to stretch safely. My erection level is only about 50%, but I've read that is too much to be safe.

    One last thing. To be clear, I'm not doing the V-jelqs while stretching. I'm doing them after. Thanks for your help.
