Used it lastnight; verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry easy compared to the washcloth. I can now run my entire pe operation from my computer chair. I like this.
As an aside: I tried warming it up for three minutes. Just to see what happens. It didn't pop, but it seems like the rice became more brittle. It breaks a lot easier and tiny rice pieces keep coming out of the sock. Also, man was it hot.Last edited by Captain Planet; 10-28-2009 at 03:11 PM.

An average of 2 cups of rice only takes around 45 - 75 seconds to heat up well past 115 degrees on Medium High depending on your oven. Experiment with heating times until you find the perfect range.
I also Heat my sock for 1.00-1.10 then reheat for 30-45 after a short cool down phase.
Mr. PhibbysHammer LOVES the HEATUP and keeping his unit HOT!!Dr. PhibbysHammer has not got 3 degrees from HARVARD, YALE and PRINCETON and is in no way LICENSED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE or PSYCHOLOGY. https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...hacts-phi.html
