    Hmm i always though stretches helped with FL more than EL.

    At least with my 8 months of experience it seems that way for me.

    Well trex you thunk wrong!! Stretches are most definitely for erect length gain. The top flaccid gain exercise I am aware of is Lazy Ass Stretches - now that bad boy works wonders on your flaccid length. V-jelqing and ok grip jelqing are primarily for girth gain. Stretches are for length, and stretching doesn't usually do much if anything for girth. That is PE 101.

    Bare in mind that you need a very well conditioned penis to do the lazy ass stretch. Don't damage yourself.

    V-jelqing and ok grip jelqing are primarily for girth gain
    I dont know about that one. As far as im concerned i low erection ok jelqs have given me EL.

    Fowfers are horribly hard for me to do. Therye uncomfortable

    Ill try splitting up my jelqing/stretching sessions starting november, that way i can focus on each part.

    I personally think splitting up routines is a good thing. I go so far as to usually only do one or the other on any given day. Usually try for a day of girth, then stretches, girth, then stretches, then one or two days off depending.

    Have you tried Lazy Ass Stretches sitting on a cushioned chair - very important.

    LookAlive, you may be correct in your warnings, but I started doing them from day one and have had zero problems with them, but much success.

    What about splitting up like this?

    2 jelqing only days / 1 stretching day (counts as an off day)

    ^ might make a new thread about that to get more of publicity's opinions.

    Also, fowfers are uncomfortable for me to do on ANY surface because my testicles always feel like they get crushed.

    Despite that I'd say that to reduce risk of damage you should atleast wait 3 months.

    But I do agree with you, sitting on a cushioned chair or a pillow of some kind is paramount.

    Also, you could try bed fowfers as a less intense option for the conditioning period.

    A stretching routine = an "on" day.

    You can try putting your penis down the side of your testicles rather than straight down the centre. When doing fowfers lying you down you can simply change sides as you switch the side you lie on.

    Some people seperate the two. For instance, stretching in the morning, girth in the evening.

    Or even stretching one day, jelqing the next day.

    I personally do them one after the other in a 45min to 1 hour routine but I focus entirely on length and jelq at a low %.
