    So my Dr said my testicals are a bit on the small side - Idk what I could do to make them bigger.

    I thought maybe if I didn't masterbate as much they would be more full?
    In other news from doing 50 Kegals and holding for 5-10 secs I gained some inches in girth. I found that possibly not masterbating makes me a bit thicker? Or is it all in my head

    If they are "small", but your testosterone is fine, then they are just really efficient.

    There are ways to grow your testicle size (with some limited success), such as techniques used by bodybuilders post test cycles. I don't use test, but I have tried a few things and they definitely work quite well. However, I can't give advice on such things as I'm not a physician. Google it, though, and you can find out without me having to possibly break forum rules by talking about it here.

      Better EQ, maybe. No porn. Always on the prowl for vaj. Vaj will feel better than it did. Bigger loads. Brain chemicals more balanced.

        I'm getting my T checked very soon. Today masterbated 3 times after holding it in for a few days. How will that effect the size of my Penis and Testicals.

              May i ask if you exercise?

              I know my testosterone increased through the roof when i built muscle (naturally).

              Steak, oats, peanut butter and broccoli... man that'll turn your raisonettes into walnuts!!

                I find that masturbating less overall will mean of you decreasing your chances of overtraining while following a PE routine.

                I do not masturbate on my workout days and keep masturbation at minimum during my rest days also.

                If you have bad habit with masturbation then it is a really good thing to set yourself some kind of rules.

                  Aside from a possible EQ increase, masturbation does nothing to affect the size of your penis and/or testicles.

                  I believe the general scientific consensus is that 'T' levels will slowly increase for a few days of no orgasm, after which they will drop below baseline for a period of time.

                  Unless you have developed an addiction regarding porn/masturbation, there is no benefit from stopping. The whole "no fap" thing is a bunch of bullshit.

                    Masturbate as many times as you feel like it without the influence of porn of course. But never less than once a week.

                      Porn usually makes mastrubation a bad habit.

                      I have noticed when I used to watch porn I was mastrubating really quick.

                        Testicular massage can help you "optimize" their size.

                        If you're not sexually active, then you should limit your ejaculations to your stamina exercises.

                        More and more trainees are forgoing dating because they masturbate (especially to porn). Some have even called it a "relationship substitute". By limiting your ejaculations to training only, your libido will be higher and you'll be more inspired to actually get out there and socialize.
