    Hi.
    I love this site but find it really difficult to stay on a regime due to time/privacy issues. I would find it really useful to have someone in the UK to chat to and compare experiences with. I think this would help me keep foccussed in PE. If it would help anyone else then please get in touch. I know we have this forum but having a friend to chat to about PE and other stuff would be great.

      Thanks for the post LookAlive. It's good to know there are Brits on here! Do you spend much time on PE? Have you had good gains?

        I have given it 2 days a week one day off for over a year and I PE for 45 minutes to 1 hour a day.

        I've gone from 5.5" EL to 6.9" EL and I've gained a fair amount of girth (length has always been my target as my starting girth was 5").

        I'm probably gonna put together a progress log soon so I can chronicle my growth.

          Wow that is amazing gains in a year! Congratulations! Hope I can achieve something similar.

              Anyone else in the UK want a friend to chat to/ compare progress etc? Come on dont be shy! I know there are a few of us Brits here!

                PE friend!

                Hey treefern, i am a fellow brit. I have been trying PE on and off for a few years but never really made any proper gains. yet! I have been searching for ages for a site like this and now ive found it im really up for taking the whole PE thing real seriously for a decent amount of time because it seems so many others on here have done so well with their own gains.
                I would be happy to exchange notes/ideas/progress with you so just post a reply on here.

                  I also live in the UK and wouldn't mind sharing any experiences on PE, been doing it since the start of july so i have had a good 4 months.

                  Having spent 4 months on JP's 90 day routine, I have moved onto a new routine some one else has created, like i stated in my PL thread, if i find out whose it is i will credit!

                  In 4 months, doing a 5 day on 2 day off routine, i have had some good noticeable flaccid gains and on erect gains..length has increased by 1cm and girth fluctuates +/- 0.5cm (but it stays as it is now, it stays constant =D).

                  At first i spent 1 hour on the routine but as you become more accustomed to PE, it takes a little bit less time..so average day i would spend 45 minutes to 1 hour as same as LookAlive.

                  I did have about 2-3 weeks where i missed on PE either because of no time or away (Going out, abroad).

                  in my 4 months the increases logged as follows:

                  BPFL: 1.5cm
                  FG: 2cm
                  PBEL: 1cm
                  EG: 1cm

                          Brits

                          Hi guys i'm fairly new here as well and British, well actually Scottish. Been doing this for two weeks now with the supplements mentioned in JP's beginner program. Points I have noted are that my 'member' is really fat and pumped after P.E. Also I usuually get 100% erections whilst jelqing and have to stop. p.s. I love jelqing
                          I smoke but am gonna quit soon. Just need a really good reason.

                            I'm in the Brit club
                            started about 6 weeks ago and showing some gains, mainly flacid but i'm happy with that.
                            No real structured workout as i get tired of counting and just work out watching tv when the wifes gone to bed
