10 minute warm-up(shower)
20 towel raises
6 minutes basic streching
1 minute rotating strech
10 minutes dry jelqing
50 kegels
1 day on 1 day off
This is the first time i ever did this. Is it to much to start of with?
Please tell me what I have to add or not do.
does jelqing also give you girth?
what can I do for girth?
