    Hi everyone,

    Just wanted to drop a quick note. I've been reading and lurking on PE sites since I was in high school, but never tried the exercises because they seemed too time consuming with too little reward at the end. I'm nicely hung at a BP 7.5x5.5 (and at only 5'7", 155 lbs it looks even bigger) so enlargement has been a fascination but not something that was worth the time to sit down and start a routine to do. I almost bought a pump, but I couldn't figure out how to explain it to anyone who might find it, so I decided not to.

    Flash forward to now: I'm gay and have always had a fascination with built guys and big dicks. I live in L.A., so there are plenty of guys that fit that description, but I don't seem to have the traits that make their heads turn, online or in person. After finishing an MFA, enduring a few months of complete unemployment, and then working a full month in October in a busy but underpaying job, I made a laundry list of things I want to accomplish by certain benchmark ages of my life (i.e. goals for every five years starting at 30).

    I'm a chronic masturbator; even though I have a boyfriend, it's gotten so bad that I enjoy the idea of masturbating more than I do the idea of sex (though the orgasm from sex is much stronger). So I'm using PE goals as a way to get myself to stop masturbating all the time. I'm using the idea that I need to let my dick rest so it will grow to stop me from doing anything but edge a little bit and cum every few days instead of several times a day.

    My whole plan doesn't just encompass PE; it includes a fitness regime (I'm in okay shape, but I want to be in great shape), meditation, and specific goals for building up skills related to my art and work.

    One way I'm planning on succeeding is posting my PE routine, goals, and progress here.

    So here's where I'm starting and where I hope to end up:

    11/2/09
    Flaccid:
    NBP: 5.5"
    BP: 6.5"
    Girth: 4.75"

    Erect:
    NBP: 6.5"
    BP: 7.5"
    Girth: 5.5"

    I don't really care about my flaccid size, but I'm tracking any changes in it just for the record. However, I have some pretty grand goals for my erect size. I'm hoping to hit 9x7 BP by May 2012 (just in time for my 30th birthday). My long term goal is to hit 10x8 NBP by May 2027 (45th birthday).

    I'm trying to focus on shorter term goals while keeping the longer term goals on my mind for motivation to cement new routines. So that being said, my short term goals for February 2, 2010 are 7.75x5.75" BP and to heal over all the chafing around part of the head of my dick due to way way too much masturbation.

    For my routine, I'm using the exact Beginner's routine outlined in Exercising the Penis:

    10 min warmup
    5 min stretching
    10 min jelq
    Throughout the day:
    3x20 kegels
    3x20 JAI stretch

    Every day: min 3 kegels while peeing

    I'm doing 1 day on 2 days off the first week, and then 1 day on 1 day off for the remainder of the first month. At the end of the month I'll measure and I'll report and progress and difficulties as things go forward.

    I know the size I'm aiming for overall is extreme, but it's "only" a growth of 3.5" in length and 2.5" in girth spread out over almost 20 years, and it looks like that kind of growth has a precedent with dedication. Who's to say if I'll decide that 9x7 is enough for me and stop PE?

    Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions? I feel like I'm going about this the right way, but I'm always open to ideas from others, especially those more experienced than me.

    Your off to a good start, because you are large to start with you may reach that goal well before 30. Welcome to Pegym.

    Yeah it all looks good! I'm not sure if you have or not but if you want to track your progress you should create a progress log in the "Progress Log" section of the forum.
