My stretched flaccid is 7.5 inches, my goal. My erections are 7 inches bone pressed. Maybe if I developed mega boners my BPEL will be the same as my BPSFL?

In theory a fully stretched "hollow" tube would always be longer than a fully extended filled tube of the same volume. When your unit is full of blood those components cannot stretch as they can when empty as the blood helps maintain shape.
