  • How can i increase my EQ?

    The corpus carvenosum is always soft. What should i do to increase EQ. I been keeping logs and I get good erections in he morning.. Does it have something to do??

        What about clamping? does this help EQ?

            If you watch porn, quitting is the biggest boost to eq you could ever get.

              I take 500 mg of Yohimbe Bark each morning. This works well for me.
              (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
              (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
              Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
              Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

                  Adding v-jelqs to your routine in place of regular jelqs will also more directly target the CC. Also, I second everything above.

                    Continuing with PE and in particular jelqing will bring the desired results. Must accord due priority to PIs and safety rules so that you dont harm yourself. Good Luck !!

                      Kegels, kegels, kegels. If you masturbate/watch porn a lot, try to cut back on it. You'll be surprised. its a miracle what kegels and no porn will do for you (At least for me it was).
