Hey guys, simple question. Its really uncomfortable for me to do the full circle stretches in jp90, so I do a 90 degree stretch 20 times north south east and west, so essentially its the same amount of tension just at different times. Can I get any opinions on this?

Why not! Perhaps after awhile you can increase from part to full.Valued Member of 11 years at the TheBiohackerLooks are deceiving, mirrors don't lie.

You should customize to what best works for you.(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.
