    Hey guys,

    This is my first post on the forums. Just thought I'd share my happiness with you all been doing JP90 program for 13 days and have gained 0.25 inches in length and no girth gains just yet. I look forward to learning from all of you and no longer have any doubts.

    Congrats although gains are most likely due to improved EQ, which is a gain in itself.

    Thanks! that enough is a gain for me but I'm not too sure if it is EQ because as a horny ass 20 year old I would rate my erection level a solid 9-10. I know a lot of guys claim this but I've read a bit of articles from a few admins or moderators and I am certain my EQ is at least 9 if not 10. But then again what do I know! Still happy with the gains so far anyhow!

    Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!


    As you have already noticed, when done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, start a log in the progress forum to track your progress and get feedback, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.



    Stamina exercises, may contribute to gains and penile health, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, and practice Edging for more stamina and control.

    I am 2 weeks into my routine and also a believer....Haven't measured and I won't for a while but both flaccid length and girth is up a noticeable amount

    Glad to hear that man. I measured a bit early this time, but next time I will measure in like a months time. Hopefully I can make some mad girth gains too.
