hi guys,
one month past of pe till now with couple days missing (sometimes 2 days on 1 day off, sometimes 3 times a week, It all depends how much sex i have with my girl).
anyhow as i stated in one of my post before that my girl was like loose to me before i started pe, but after 2 weeks of pe, i noticed that it feels great inside her, I mean i feel like she is no longer loose like she was before, so i figure out that maybe did gain some girth.
the first impression is i start to see some longer flassid not always than usual. tried yesterday to measure my unit, and find out i did gain 1/8 inch in girth no gain in lenght. I have noticed when i orgasm inside my girl , i have a big load than it was before, the drawback is i can't hold my erection for longer time like i was before ( less than 45 minutes now). after the first orgasm ,in my second i lose my erection , my unit can't hold the erection for longer( like i have erection for 5 mn inside her, and will lose it again). so please can you advice me about that.
My routine is as follow:
15 mn in bath tub hot watter.
stretching ( right , left, up , down with helicopter between set. 30 seconds a strocke , count just numbers 1,2,3,4...30) five set.
stretching with short time a strocke just only 3,4 seconds.
wet jelq 200 ( right and left hand)
kegel couple times a day.
15 mn warm down in hottub.
I don't know if that routine is good or not, and i don't kn ow if i need to stretch to much than i do now.
by the way asked my girl about if she is puting any cream on her pussy , she said now. just to make sure that i gained in girth.
do i need to add some egdjing? and why i do lose my erection in my second orgasm?

Hey 5Maybe,
I suspect that you should be doing more kegels to keep your PC muscles stronger.
Concentrate on doing some kegels on the days that you do your routine.

I agree with Cult. Start with something like that 50 kegels every alternate day, held for at least 1-sec. You can increase the duration upto 3-seconds in a month or two's time. Also, some members found that they were better off doing 100-200 quick kegels as opposed to 50 long kegels. You should probably experiment to find out what works.
