Hey everyone, I have doing this program for the past 8 weeks. My eq has increased and I have no problem getting solid erections. However over the past few weeks, my orgasm quality has gone down significantly. If I am masturbating or my girlfriend and I are playing around I just dont have a good orgasm. Everything feels great and I cum, but nothing else. Do you think this program has created a problem with me getting off?
Your unit is tired. You might have overworked it a bit. Sex during the course of also PE'ing is fine, but still needs to be taken into consideration as work for your unit. Drop a work day for an extra rest day and see how things go. Also avoid alcohol, sugars and caffeine and make a point to drink more water than you have been.
It might be mental at this point. Try staying completely relaxed and don't worry about your orgasm. Just enjoy yourself.
