Thread: Safety question
- 05-07-2014 #1
I have 2 issues of safety.
1) Sometimes when I jelq or V-jelq (particularly the latter) I have pain because I'm pulling on loose skin from the scrotum and hairs in that area.
2) Once when I was circle stretching I experienced some pain on the right side of my stretched penis when I was pulling left, which alleviated when I loosened my pull.
Hope you can assist.
Thanks,

It's a good idea to trim your hairs as they get in the way when PE'ing, it also makes you look bigger and I believe the ladies prefer it,
If your experiencing pain your pulling too hard (start gentle and build up) and you may not of warmed up enough, you may want to take a few days rest before proceeding."Those who know others have knowledge,
those who know themselves have insight.

those who master themselves have strength". - Lao Tzu

It is a good idea to trim your pubic hair area or like me I shave that area since it easier to perform your stretches.

Yeah, its weird how different we all are, I started the directional penile stretches after reading about it on the Premature Ejac forum, about it helping solve PremE. I wasnt doing any of the PE exercises prior, and therefore wasnt aware of the need for warmups or anything, but I can pull on my unit so hard that the skin at the attachment point to the body can start to sting. And I have never had any pain or discomfort with ligaments or anything. I took it all off as well, not only to avoid pulling hair, but it does look and feel better to me and my wife.

The ligaments can be tighter on one side more than the other
When I started there was discomfort not pain onthe right side
