    Hello, I'm new to this forum but I am not new to PE. I've done it on and off in the past years, but never with much dedication.

    I would like to start again and really stick with it.

    I'm 7" x 5". My length is fine; I hit cervixes as it is.

    Therefore, my main aim is to add girth. It feels too thin to me. Ideally 5.5" would be perfect for me. Even adding 0.3" would be a massive improvement for me.

    I'm sorry for making this thread--I truly am--because there's so much about girth on this site anyway, but that's my issue Ha! It's just that there are so many guides on this site and so many different theories on this board that I feel a bit lost...

    So is there a "definitive" way to adding girth to your member?

    Please understand that I don't have any clamps or whatever. I do have something that could substitute as a penis ring.

    To conclude, what is the best way to add GIRTH to your penis without the use of clamps and hangers and such?

    For me personally, PUMPING has added more girth than any other exercise. But things like jelqing and erect squeezes are good if you don't have access to clamps or a decent pump.

    Hmmm, if you don't want to use devices, then you might find it quite difficult to gain girth. There are plenty of girth exercises such as horse squeezes, erect squeezes, bend, and ulis. What works for some won't work for others. Manual girth work doesn't work for me. I feel I need clamping and pumping to see girth gains, but only time will tell.

    Jelqing....lots of jelqing with higher erection level. Currently I am doing a combination of edging and erect bends. I'm only into my 3rd week so I will have to see if that helps with girth.

    Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.
