Thread: Is it okay to jelq flaccid?

So I started my beginners routine yesterday, after warming up and stretching I finally got to Jelqing. I could not keep an erection going for shit. Everytime I got to 20-40% erection level it went right back down after like 6 Jelqs. I decides to finish off the rest of my exercise flaccid. I was wondering if it was okay to jelq flaccid because trying to keep an erection is wayyyyyy to time consuming.
Also I'm finding it hard to fully understand how to do V-Jelqs, any help?

You could be stretching too hard, or gripping too tightly, also too much heat for too long could be a cause.
Moderation is key.
Jeqing completely flaccid is not useful, 30% to 50% is more geared towards length, 50% to 70% is more towards girth.

Could you stretch and jelq at different times of the day? Jelq in the morning and stretch at night.
Back in the day, when I was doing a lot of jelqing, I had to have something to look at to keep going. Typically I just printed out a pick of a hot lady and kept it within view. Nothing pornographic, but something I could used to do a bit of fantasizing.(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

I personally try to do my jelqs atleast 50% erect.
I think you squeezed too hard or maybe you need some kind of visual stimulations to keep you erect enough, like a bikini babe or something like that
