Alright so I went really light tonight. About 4-5 min of basic stretching and about 10 min of semi-wet jelqing (pretty light grip I think at about 60% erection - not sure because Erection quality seems to change as I jelq - def not at 90-100%). Then a warm down of 10 min. That's it?? I'm not sure if I moved blood effectively, I've read the thread about seeing if i do it correctly, but for this session I kept the grip pretty light like i mentioned. Guess i work up from here?

Start a workout log.
put "mon ,tue ,wed ,thu, fri, sat, sun" accross the top, and your excersizes in a column on the left margin
like;
warm up
bends,
uli's
kegels
stretch
edging
jelq
warm down
etc
and just keep a tally of each set you do. eg. one 30rep set of jelqs? check!
also jot down a few measurements, put em at the top,
and make sure to write down some short term and long term goals
eg. " goals for this week- raise EQ with stamina excersizes, improve penis conditioning, get ready for the next level"
check those things off your list.
and be sure to throw a few rest days in your schedule too. and just chill on PE.

Are there any advantages to dry jelqs over wet jelqs? Also, if I'm experiencing difficulty achieving an erection while PEing (erection as in 50-80%, should I just take it easy), as a newbie it's difficult for me to stay hard for these exercises. In other words, is it better not to force an erection through porn to do PE and just perhaps stretch and rest for the day?
