Hey everyone,
So I'm still really new to all this PE. I don't really know where to start, I've already written other posts and started a progress log, though I haven't really gotten far: mainly because I'm just skeptical and terrified of injuring myself. I've talked to some people on the site who have injured themselves, and I have read injury posts and it just scares the heck outta me to be honest. Is it really this risky? I've read all the PI's and safety procedures / watched videos, but I'm still just not sure about it all.
My original routine was based off the PSEG routine except not doing as many kegels. I'm curious to what lube I should be using - I've been using petro jelly or vaseline. Also since I'm uncircumsized how should I go about doing jelqs? With my size I find it hard to use two hands at the same time (use ok-sign going up shaft, stopping, then going up with the left) - in other words, my hands just get in the way and I feel my technique is very sloppy. I find it easier to do overhand jelq instead of understand - does this make a big difference.
Right now I'm in this phase where I'm curious and would love to increase my size but on the other hand I'm really nervous about hurting myself, hence I keep going back and forth with "yes, I'll do it" then "no, this is silly and really risky".
All I'm asking is for some of the veterans to help me out here and perhaps guide me through this or even coach me. I just really don't know what to think anymore.
On top of all this, I'm really nervous about meeting someone amazing and then getting rejected for my size (I'm somewhere around 5.5-5.8 bpel and 4.0 EG - my girth size is killin me). I know it's rediculous that I'm so worried, but I am. It really sucks. Just need some guidance.
In all, I'm all about safety so if someone can just reassure me and guide me that would be great. For now I'm just going to take a rest and do a few kegels.

Since you're uncut, you may also want to take a look at Dry Jelqing.
Dry Jelq - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness
Using an overhand grip is good, it may even help you grip the base of your penis better, and you may take your time and learn how to exercise, get more comfortable with jelqing and start using both hands later on, take it one step at a time, one hand for now, both later on.
There is risk taken in everything in life, following a proper approach and taking precautions is a must, take it slow, and follow safety instructions while you are being mindful of your exercises and you should be safe.
Size anxiety is pointless, a relationship is based on the couple and how much they mean to each other, and penis size comes the very last if at all on the list of what makes or breaks a relationship, its in your mind, get out, find your special someone, if a lady is interested in a male, its not because of his penis, its because of him, be confident and learn how to use your penis, regardless of size, confidence, health and know-how are the things that matters when it comes to the sex part.
Use your time here to read and learn about how to become a better lover, how to improve yourself in all ways, and don't base your confidence on your penis.

Would you say dry jelq is a beginner exercise or if I do start should I start with wet?

Dry jelq as illustrated in the aforementioned link, is jelqing for uncut penises, use the lightest grip that can still push blood up the shaft and to the glans.

Hey Chunk, Don't worry too much, just start easy, Do a goot warm up with a hot towel or heating pad, stay consistant, and keep learning! you'll see results if you try hard enough!

Thanks guys,
The few times I have tried PE I warmed up and down with a rice sock for about 10-15 min. Sometimes I think I put it in the microwave for too long and it gets pretty hot (for example, the area that I put the rice sock on it turns red -this is too hot, right?)
What threads do you all recommend me to read? I feel like I've read a lot so far quite a bit and it seems like a lot of stuff to wrap your mind around!

Another question: Anybody else get really small ("turtling" i think it's called) after they work out (not PE working out I mean cardio or weightlifting)?

Alright, thanks for the links! I work out quite a bit, so I hope this almost constant turtling does not affect PE or any gains..
Also, would it be alright if I PE'd tonight although I was foolish and masturbated twice today, however this was quite a few hours ago.
