Hi everyone at Pegym!
I want to implement kegels into my routine because i want to enhance my EQ.
I have looked on the website of pegym for a routine; the site speaks of:
"Do 50 Kegels every other day. Each Kegel should be contracted for one to five seconds"
and also "Gradually incorporate more Kegels into your routine. Work up to five to ten minutes a day, four days a week."
Then I visited the forums of pegym and other websites.
On these places are thousands of different routines for kegels.
All different provided information about sets/reps/rest times/contraction holds etc.
Which leaves me kind of confused on what routine to choose.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
