Hi everyone at Pegym!
I want to implement kegels into my routine because i want to enhance my EQ.
I have looked on the website of pegym for a routine; the site speaks of:
"Do 50 Kegels every other day. Each Kegel should be contracted for one to five seconds"
and also "Gradually incorporate more Kegels into your routine. Work up to five to ten minutes a day, four days a week."
Then I visited the forums of pegym and other websites.
On these places are thousands of different routines for kegels.
All different provided information about sets/reps/rest times/contraction holds etc.
Which leaves me kind of confused on what routine to choose.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My personal favorite is to split it across the day on two to three sets of 25 kegels each, and follow them by reverse kegels of the same number and duration if not more.
Do this for at least 30 days then add 10 more reps of 5 seconds long just once a day, and if you are conditioned enough, upgrade those 10 reps to 10 seconds long holds instead of five, also only once a day. And add an equal amount of reverse kegels as well.

My routine in 100 kegals very fast. Slight rest.
20 kegals with a 2 second hold
Slight rest. .
10 kegals with 5 second hold.
5-6 days a week.
Been doing this for one month and orgasms are way more explosive now.
That whole kegal routine is 5-10 min.
I also do mine while in the bathmate.

Thanks for your help! Still a bit confused about it as a beginner, Since both of your routines are different, and one also mentions reverse kegels.
I Will just start doing them every other day and see what happens.
If others have ideas please respond! Thanks
