    So then I've finally managed a routine that's working warm up stretches 20 jelqs (very light grip)
    Warm down.

    Better flaccid hang can get erection..
    The only thing is morning wood has decreased slightly. Sometimes none at all.. Is this ok?

    Not really specific or detailed to give a good answer to your question.
    Your just doing 20 jelqs? How much and what stretches do you perform?

    Apologies. Ye 20 jelqs is all can handle right now.. The normal stretches that are on jp90s program.. 2 days on 1 off. And weekend off.

    Quit porn for 3 week also

    If 20 jelqs are all you can handle, I recommend lowering the stretching time as well.

    Do you do wet or dry jelqs?There is way less friction with wet jelqs
    and recommended for some just starting

    The less morning wood could be a combination of things.You said
    that you just quit porn which would also have an effect if your brain
    was being constantly stimulated by it.

    Your brain and your body are going through adjustments.I would not
    worry alot about morning wood decreasing slightly

    Cheers man.. Ye wet jelq but very light anyway.. Always get a good pump look after and better flaccid for upto 24 hours.

    Just the slight decrease in morning wood.

    I do feel a lot better for quiting poem starting to feel a lot more stimulated.
    After being hooked on it for years! Due to depression.

    have an effect.The way we think greatly effects how we
    feel and are outlook on life in general!

    Coming off anti depressants.
    Spent weeks and weeks turtling. And now finally seem to be making an improvement with pe. So will carry on I'm thinking?

    Well the morning wood returned today, still thicker flaccid hang,
    But mild numbness!

    Is this normal? can you just work through the numbness?

    From what I have read, any numbness should not be good. I'd take a rest till the numbness goes away and start off with a lighter routine along with a lighter grip. You shouldn't feel pain from any of this.
