i know that im suppose to warm up before every session and i do, i use a heating pad for 15 minutes but for some reason my penis had more elasticity before the warm up than after the warm up, after my warm up my penis felt a bit more stiff than prior, is this how its suppose to be?

That is the natural penis response once it is exposed to extra heat.. happens all the time.. However once you start with stretching, things start getting better.. Good luck !!

Collagen begins to unfold at temperatures just above body temp. But the circulatory system does a great job of absorbing the heat and moving it away from the penis. Thus the recommendation to make it a warm as possible to increase the likelihood of some residual heat remaining to loosen up the collagen.
However, if you try heating while wearing a device that slows the flow of blood out of the penis, you will find your penis gets much warmer in much less time.
