Hi,
I have done well over jps90 day routine. What I know of I haven't gained. What would be the best route to go now? More jelq reps? How many? I have a traction device, but since using it I have always had a blue and cold head shortly after wearing. If I loosen the noose I just slip out, is it possible it's slipping due to stretching to tight? I strech to probably 1.5" more that my flaccid state.
I'm looking at making a hanging device. What is the easiest one to make where I can start making gains, can I also be informed on the routine times in that area also. One last thing, i want girth more than anything, what's the best technique? Slow squash seems abit risky squashing erect penis together, veins look buldgy, don't want to bust them. Also need to know the routine for them and/or any other girth routine. I do 5 on 2 off. How do I know when I've had a good workout? Does kelgling do a massive part in gaining? I can edge, what is ballooning though? Repetative erect kegaling? If so clamping is very similar kegaling blood into the penis, obviously just not letting it pass back out, correct?

I think I have positive and neutral pis, when I jelq I also sometimes may get a slight pain, but I believe morning wood and horiness had increased, eq has always been the same, I think hanging lower may have increased also.

There are a lot of questions, I can tell that you are frustrated. From my own personal experience I didn't gain anything in my first 3 months of PE and I was very frustrated. I would recommend doing a lot of research on this site. Read about all the exercises and really understand them. Then you can experiment and find the ones that work best for you.
If you are shooting for girth then don't stop jelqing. Keep jelqing with higher erection level for girth. There are many types of squeezes you can add to your routine which will help as well.
Hanging is good for base girth, but it tends to be more for length. If you are serious about hanging you should purchase a good quality hanger because even the best homemade hanger will be very uncomfortable as you get to higher weight.(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG

Dont get me wrong, I do want length too, I just see girth being more the pleasure point for women. A inch extra in length would do me nicely, but I'd like 5.5-6 girth. So abit more length might make it look in proportion. Haha

Can someone explain LOT, I'd say mine is 9.00-8.00, 8 I start to loose the tug reaching 7.
Does this help to choose a specific routine? If so what's the best way to go?

Ignore the LOT theory it's now considered obsolete and stretches should be done in all directions, are you still extending?
Personally I believe EQ is one of the best PI guide, how is yours on a scale of 1 - 10? Maybe aim for this.
Maybe incorporate edging into your routine before warmdown (Keep an eye on PI's), I believe this compliments stretching/girth work and will help gains.

How long should I edge for? As in how many times should I hit the PONR and stop because I guess we all have different times we reach that point.
I have added zinc vitimin tablets daily as I have seen it helps cell division.
Instead of 150 jelqs (50 per set) 90s jelqs (30 per set)
I have increased 300jelqs (75 per set) 120 v jelqs (30 per set)
I rotate these sets.
I will hopefully see an improvement. I have seen to negative reaction yet, so all seems to be good.
