    Hey

    I have started to do edging after workouts. So I was woundering if I am supposed to warm down before or after I start edging?

    Big Al recommends the following:

    Warm up > Girth Exercises > Length Exercises > Stop and Start/Edging > Warm down.


    So warm down after you finish edging.
