I am currently doing the JPs90 beginner rutine. After a response from a earlier thread he mention that big al recommend that you do girth (jelq) before length (stretching).
according to JPs90 you should do the stretching first then jelqing. Is it beneficial to vary the order of stretching and jelqing or should i stay with the original rutin, which is stretching first. Or should I go with Big Al's advice?

I always do girth work/jelqing before I do stretching, that is the way that works best for me. I really don't like it the other way around. Try both and see which suits you best.

Hey fatbeard, I agree with mebs, find what works best for you!
I personally like the stretches first, only because after doing them ligs are loose and I feel like I have more length to jelq, but it's personal preference, see what you like and what PI's say."Those who know others have knowledge,
