at the moment i have been pe'ing for a while now, just wondering if having sex etc. affects your gains? most peoples routine either consists of a 5 on 2 off or a 1 on 1 off. does it affect your gains less the further away from your routine you do it, i.e. having sex in the evening and doing your routine in the morning?

Oh yes sex will hinder your gains. Thou shalt not have sex when doing pe. It is well known. And if you don't have sex to get gains then your dick will fall of and run away and live with someone else becasue you obviously don't need him. Please tell me you're kidding with this question so I won't reach through my monitor and choke you. Please!

Life's a little short to be deny yourself/Mrs sexy time.
Why not see sex as a PE opportunity, edge whilst your getting it on, I'm sure your lady won't mind.
I find edging compliments other PE exercises, doing edging as part of sex is probably a full body workout, I know I'm always cream crackered after sex and if your not, your not doing it right"Those who know others have knowledge,

If you turn down sex for PE then what are you doing PE for exactly?

Sex can fall under the category of "stamina" training- which is essential to maximizing EQ, size gains, and recovery.
For stamina training, a good rule of thumb is the 60 minute rule. If your sexual activity has you engaged in vigorous movements WITH a full erection for a total of 60 minutes or more per week, you can forgo the Stop and Start. For any time less than that, you should make it up in your training.
If you're practicing kegeling for control during your sexual activity, you can estimate offsetting that from your routine as well. If you're doing less than this AND you're getting tired, it might me more than penile stamina that's the issue. Intense sexual activity can require a high degree of cardiovascular fitness. If you're lacking in that area, it's advisable that you make improvements so that it becomes less of an issue.Last edited by Big Al; 05-24-2014 at 12:46 PM.

I've never hear of it hindering anyone's gains. If you were to have a 30-90 minute session I could see it increasing erection quality, stamina, and aiding in any healing from your exercises.
