Thread: Stretching causes turtling?

I notice that after the stretching part of my routine, my penis looks considerably thinner and a bit shorter.
Is this normal? Ive been seeing this happen for 7 months. Do any of you guys experience this too?
It is for this turtling reason that i dont really like doing stretches.

Turtling happens as soon as your penis is developed in the womb. It isn't something that is a side effect of PE or exercises. When you are cold, your penis turtles. When not in use for long periods of time, your penis turtles. Even when there is trauma to any part of the body which causes pain, your penis turtles. You could spend all of your life without sex or masturbation and certainly without penis exercises and your penis would turtle , and most likely turtle constantly. Did you forget what your penis was like before doing exercises? Also if you really don't like doing an exercise, its probably best not to do the exercise.

Take a look at the intense stretching thread it may help. The basic of it is not to rip your stretches on too quick.

I know that turtling is a natural penis action, but i mean it seems as if stretching itself causes turtling for me.
Other exercises such as jelqing and light squeezing dont turtle my penis, but stretching always seems to do it.
Also if you really don't like doing an exercise, its probably best not to do the exercise
Do you guys think i should still stretch? Increase intensity?

What I mean is if you don't like doing it, and have no faith in it why waste your time? Also if you feel that way, you'll certainly see all the negatives but ignore the positives if any. As soon as I decide I don;t like something that's it, done with it. (like pumping for instance)

trex, you're going to either have to convince yourself to be positive about stretching or you're going to have to drop it all together. Do you enjoy jelqing? If so, just learn to jelq at very low erection levels. Low erection jelqing is virtually a stretching motion. You could also try stretching very lightly and see if that reverses your P.I.s.

Ive done low erection jelqs before but they feel kinda less effective when compared to higher erection jelqs. Yesterday i did 400, 90-100% erection jelq strokes with watching porn. THAT was an intense workout. I loved it.
But right now im not sure which will give me better results. I think i mightve hit a plateau with the low erect jelqs though.

I wasnt masturbating.
Its the only way i can get a 100% erection going on.
I did 400 strokes ya but they were slow strokes. I got a good blood bulge going and got good expansion.

So how much of a gain have you shown for that 90-100% jelqing? The reason I ask is that jelqing at those levels of erection is practically useless in my oppinion.
When your penis is full of blood (90-100%) erect, there is no room to move any more blood and if you can't move the blood you can't get stretch and expansion without squeezing hard. Sure, you can move the skin on the shaft a bit and slide your hand up but that's about it. That's why some would say its just masturbation. If you have to squeeze hard to have expansion you can't possibly do that many jelqs without killing your unit.
Understand many will say different, that's why I clarified my reasoning.
