    As you can see I'm a new member, although I'd been following this forum for a long time before I registered.
    As everyone else here, I want to enlarge my unit and avoid any injuries! I've already read some posts about this topic but one can never learn enough right?

    Since I'm uncut, my question is rather simple. How do you --uncut-- guys do your stretching and especially jelqing?

    Do you retract your foreskin before stretching? I've only tried this version so far and it was okay I guess, apart from feeling a slight discomfort in the glans due to it being sensitive. Some suggest stretching with the foreskin covering the glans. Which one worked the best for you? Obviously I don't want to stretch my skin too much...

    What's the best way to (wet) jelq if you are uncut? I find this quite tricky. I do not retract my foreskin when jelqing, just leave it as it is naturally. I try to hold back the skin at the base and the scrotum with one hand, whilst doing a jelq with the other hand. I do this to avoid developing (or worsening actually) a turkey-neck. The thing is, it just doesn't feel right. When I get to right below my glans with my jelqing hand and want to change hands, I feel as if the blood is escaping from the shaft in the changing procedure. Doesn't the blood suppose to stay trapped in the shaft the whole time?

    Please, uncut gainers share your thoughts on this. I really want to do this correctly and I'm sure many of you have developed a good technique that helped you to gain without injuries and side effects.

    Hi mate, I'm uncut and I jelq exactly as JP's 90 day beginner thread describes, with no problems at all. When stretching I pull the foreskin back past the head so I can get a decent grip on the head for doing the left/right/up/down/straight out stretches. I've just read another thread this morning about using your stomach muscles to pull your stomach in, thus helping to pull some skin back on the penis as you come to the end of a jelq, so I'm going to try that tonight.

    All in all I don't think there's a difference between PE with or without a foreskin, really. I've been silently reading threads on here for months whilst doing PE on myself for about 3 months and I'm noticing girth gains already ;-)

    I Retract and dry jelq using the skin in place of lubricant.
    Improvise whenever/wherever is good advice in dealing with being uncut.
    And, do go easily, don't want to be sidelined due to too much force.

    I retract for stretches. I dont have a lot of foreskin and it doesnt really cover my penis while erect, so its no problem to pull it back when its soft. When jelqing, in order for my skin not to stretch too much, I do two things. First of all quality lube. For this I use coconut oil. It works great and its easy to explain if someone sees it in the bathroom. I also wear a ball stretcher. Its basically a cock ring but for your balls and it stretches your balls away from your penis. I place my balls and the stretcher between my legs so they are being pulled away from my penis and arent in the way. This helps remove skin stretching.

    If you have problems with your foresking you might have tight foreskin. If this is the case you should go to your doctor and ask about it.

    I don't believe I have tight foreskin, but it's already a bit on the long side. I don't want to stretch it further especially not without making significant length gains, otherwise I would just end up having a long piece of skin hanging at the end of my penis. The other thing is turkeyneck. At this point, I only have a little, which is probably natural. I want to make sure it stays that way. Placing my balls between my legs sounds an interesting idea, I'll definitely try this next time! So you are doing "normal" jelqs I take it? You don't hold with one hand at the base whilst jelqing with the other, simply just do your jelqs alternating your hands, since the ring and your method holds back your balls and the skin with it. Is that right?

    Thats correct. The ball ring and placing my balls between my legs keeps it in place and should keep you from getting a turkey neck. As for the risk of adding more foreskin I think that will happen to a certain degree. However plenty of lube and a light grip should limit it greatly and you shouldnt see any drastic change.

    I´m still new to PE but I feel that I got jelqing down pretty well.

    I recently got a brazilian wax and I have to say it has made jelqing SO MUCH easier than when I just trimmed the hair down there. I used to be worried about the same thing as you for jelqing - the skin bundling up too much as I reach for my second hand - but now it's honestly fine as there's nothing in the way. That's my advice. I'm a hairy mofo and I have to say just in general that I think I'm going to stay clean shaven now - it is GOAT. Although my foreskin isn't that long, so who knows if this is useful advice :P
