    Hello I have 2 questions.
    1. yesterday I did my routine and 30 minuts after I came. is that a bad thing to do?
    also my penis after the routine (jp90) is kind of blue only my glans. and a little bit of numbess. is that negative PI? and how I can define discoloration?
    edit: im 32 days on my routine already.

    As long as you can get erect enough for jelqing (around 45%-60%) then it is okay, try to separate masturbation from your routine by a few hours though, I also recommend edging after some of your sessions instead.

    Yes, that is a negative PI, you must be using much force or a very tight grip, at what erection level do you jelq?

    Numbness is a negative PI sign, take rest until your PIs are positive, and be gentle next time you return back to PE.

    Discoloration is when your skin gets darker in color than usual as a result of PE exercises, and you can take a look at firegoat rolls to treat it.

    how i can know if i put too much pressure? because it doesnt hurt(maybe a lil bit). if the glans is blue that means too much intense workout?I jelq at 80% probably its almost at full size but not hard as rock.
    should I take a break or just me more gentle?

    Use the lightest grip that can still move blood up the shaft and to the glans, and it should not hurt, not the least bit.
